To increase the computers in the lobby would be great. You should have more choices in type of beds. As for one person, I would prefer to have a queen size bedroom or single bedroom, it would be so perfect and nice :-)

The only thing that we found bad was, that the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening

Staff were very friendly - I have stayed in nine different hotels in Helsinki and Simonkentta had the friendliest atmosphere. Would have preferred the beds were together to make a double bed.

Excellent location. Bus station can be accessed via the basement. Also close to Finnair bus station and the railway station. At the same time, it is nice and quiet. Staff were very helpful. Very good standard within its 'bracket'. Bathroom a little small and so the floor gets rather too wet and slippery as a result of using the shower. This could be dangerous for an older person perhaps.

Absolutely excellent. The gym could do with being larger though with more bikes and treadmills. There awas a queue for them the days I was there.

Very nice hotel, and the staff were very friendly and efficient The room was nice and very clean, just perhaps it would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge in the bedrooms
