Hotel was slow to check us in, took abut 90 min after we were told the room was availible. the breakfast provided was good, but seating was hard to come by unless you came early. hotel is located near the red-light district of copenhagen and novice

Pretty good room. the tub was too high to step into comfortably and the shower curtain inadequate and allowed water from the shower to flow all over the floor. there were no instructions on how to operate the ice machine, i never did get ice out of it.
