breakfast was not included and they only offered the buffet which was 26 Euros per person. No other restaurants nearby so we were stuck.

The reception staff were excellent, offering late check-out before I had asked. Restaurant staff were good too, especially the Sri Lankan lady. The room was a twin queen bed with a brilliant outlook over the frozen water.

Impressive, surrounding clean, convenient to city centre and other locations. Very well lit. View over water really fine. Towels quality excellent. Minibar well stocked

A good hotel for business and leisure; friendly and helpful staff. Service is good, with that little extra that makes such a difference. A bright and airy room with good facilities. Cleaned and well serviced with good working and relaxation spaces.

Reception service excellent. Restaurant ambience good, but minor (noisy) maintenance in progress during breakfast. Gym/pool a little small. WiFi internet very slick. I stay in many hotels of various grades. Of its type this one was top class - imaginatively furnished, very clean, and full-featured.
