I believe that there was a problem with the wake up call. I was 4 hours late awakening and missed my flight and had to buy another. i believe that the phone volume must have been turned down, and failed. it was very much a problem for me.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. there was no internet connectivity in my room however and the bathtub seemed to malfunction resulting in a flooded bathroom floor.
