Good central location and in a safe street. Bigger hotel than it initially looks. Good buffet breakfast and efficient check-in and out. Popular with families. A good stop over hotel for a night or two. Basic clean room, no frills (kettle or fridge)

Great location for access to the city center and port. Good service. Very comfortable, though small. A little noisy from other hotel guests.

It was the second time I stayed there. Sokos hotels are much better Last 35 years I slept about 200days p/y in hotels. Never saw a bathroom where one could not stand in front of sink & mirror. only corners. very bad

I was only there one night and left very early the next morning:difficult to answer Qs about ambience, facilities, etc.; however, it was great to be able to have breakfast at 4.45 in the morning.

Different to what we expect in Australia, but we enjoyed it

Hotel accepted my credit card, however, the hotel restaurant did not accept it. Room was not as requested.

Good facilities for price paid

The bed itself was quite small but comfortable and the room was just right for my needs.

The restraurant wasn't very clean. The windows were very dirty,esspscially if we opend them.

I am glad I did not have a lot of luggage as there was no lift to the floor where my room was located.

The room was so small, I updated it to a larger room. The second room was perfect. It was impossible for me to judge the room from the booking site.
